soooo happy i was able to go up to Park City for a few days over winter break! not gonna lie, most of the time i was catching up on sleep + watching netflix... hehe..! but we did spend some time outside! soo much fun. i seriously love spending time with the family. there was really good food, fun games, friends + parks & rec, skiing/snowboarding, iceskating, snowshoeing + so much more! park city is honestly one of my favorite places in utah! its sooo PRETTY! there's just something so peaceful being up in the mountains surrounded by your loved ones💕
One of the things I love about family get-togethers is the testimonies + stories told in my family. One of my uncles shared this with my family and I. "We live in a world where we are sometimes prone to judgement. Perception becomes our reality. In our haste, we can jump to false conclusions and opportunities to lift and lighten the loads of others are lost. As we allow the light of Christ to work miracles within our own heart, we then are empowered to work wonders in the lives of others. May His perfect example of love and compassion for all guide us in our own charity towards those around us this Christmas season and always." I thought what he said was perfect for us to hear. I always appreciate and look forward to learning more and more from my male figures in the Orantes' familia!!
