Hi lovelies! I LOVE Mother's Day. Mother's Day should be everyday. Mothers make up a crucial part of our lives. I know this because I owe my mother soo much for who I am today. So whether it is a Hallmark card, dinner out, hug, or a kiss on the cheek, we should show we care. It is so important to give our love to these dedicated women in our lives and don’t take them for granted.
On Tuesday for an early Mother-Daughter day-date, we went and watched Mother's Day!! Let me tell you, it's for sure a tear-jerker!! We both were tearing up most of the movie. Throughout this movie I couldn't help but realize how a Mother and Daughter relationship is so special, especially when daughters become mothers themselves. How do you thank the person who has had the biggest impact on your life?
Mother's Day is about Sandy (Jennifer Aniston) a stressed-out, single mom who learns that her ex-husband is marrying a younger woman. Her friend Jesse (Kate Hudson) is a fitness freak who doesn't tell her parents that she has a family. Bradley is a widower (Jason Sudeikis) who's trying to raise two daughters on his own, while Miranda (Julia Roberts) is too busy with her career to worry about having children. When their respective problems start coming to a head, the Mother's Day holiday takes on a special meaning.
After the movie my mother + I took some pictures. I LOVE her a bunch!! My mom is definitely my rock! I'm always at peace because of the way my mom treats me. (Below are just a few I want to share with you!) And yes we took them in the car at the Megaplex movie theatre parking lot ;)

^^Love you Mommy!! ❤
^^Finally a solid 10/10 picture..! Even though it took us a billion and one takes!!
To Mommy,
Because you’re extraordinary, I thought I’d say something extraordinary about you.
Mom, thank you for showing me that love is not something you say, but something you do. You always made time for me, inspired me, and taught me to believe in myself. (& you still do all those things!)
You taught me to explore the world. To never quit, and to chase what I wanted. No matter what was going on in your life, you made me your priority.
Whenever I was away at school and I was having bad day/homesick, I’d call you and you’d make things better. You made me better.
I’m so lucky to have a mom that cares so much, who loves me so much. I hope to be a source of strength to my own children, the way you are for me.
Thank you for never giving up on me. For being there for me through thick and thin. And for being that sweet voice on the other end of the phone.
I love you mom. Happy Mother’s Day! 💕
Being a mom is a lot of work and oftentimes it goes unnoticed. You are loved. You are always enough. To every mom out there, Happy Mother's Day!
